Welcome to MyAttorneySullivan.com.  My name is Tim Sullivan.  I am an attorney in Lincoln, Nebraska.  I developed this website myself, including the choice of the domain name and the development of the content.

I am in the general practice of law.  THe majority of the cases I handle are immigration, bankruptcy, criminal, personal injury, and divorce, chilld custody, and family law matters.  I serve clients primarily in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska.  My practice area includes Saline, Seward, Cass, Douglas, Otoe, Gage, Jefferson, Saunders, York, Hall, Buffalo, and many other counties in eastern Nebraska, which include the cities of Crete, Wilber, Beatrice, Seward, Bellevue, Omaha, Wahoo, Nebraska City, York, Kearney, Grand Island and Hastings. 

The name "MyAttorneySullivan.com" was chosen for a reason.  When you choose me to represent you, you know that all of the work on your case is being handled by me personally.  Over 11 years of experience has taught me that clients value personal, hands-on service.  Experience has also taught me that many people are simply priced out of the market when they are faced with a serious life problem that requires the services of an experienced attorney.

To help keep my rates affordable for the average person, I keep my expenses down by working from a home office and not employing any staff.  That means that I do all of the work on my client's cases, right down to stamping envelopes.  When you call, you get me on the phone without having to go through a receptionist.

My goal is for you to be happy to refer to me as "my attorney" when you tell others about your experience with me.

I keep my advertising costs down by relying on past clients to continue to refer to me as "my attorney."  Referrals from satisfied clients are the best source of new clients for me.

Low overhead and low advertising costs translates into savings for many of my clients.  I am able to offer reduced fees to those who qualify.  Even my standard rates are generally lower than those of attorneys with my level of experience.
